Our very own SKEA President, Maraline Ellis, will be teaching us about retiring as an educator in SKPS. What tier of PERS are you, and what does that mean? Will you have enough to live the retirement life you want, or should you be making other investments? It’s never too early (or too late) to start investing in yourself.

Student Achievement Award - Applications Due
SKEA’s Student Achievement Award will be granted to students who demonstrate characteristics of leadership, academic growth, achievement, community and school engagement. Student must be a child and/or dependent of a SKEA member to qualify.
All applications must be postmarked or hand delivered to the SKEA office by MAY 1, 2026. All Applicants will be notified by May 20, 2026.

Join our Human & Civil Rights Committee (HCRC) for a Night of Action. We will have all the supplies that you need to draft letters to legislature, make whistle kits, PIRC bracelets, and ICE Out pins.
